Rainbow Trail

Rainbow – A solid 6 hour return hike from Whistler Village

Rainbow Lake trail starts from the opposite side of the Alta Lake from the Village. You will need a car or bus to get there. At this time of year it’s more practical to wear hiking boots than runners as the terrain is very uneven and there are lots of muddy patches. Along the way you are rewarded with fun boardwalks and bridges and views of the Whistler Valley and gorgeous waterfalls. At the top there’s a little trail around the lake where you can easily find a nice spot to take a break and rest your feet. There are also shorter trails from the same car park and one of the waterfalls can be easily reached within 10 minutes walk.
